Denim washing is increasingly joining the list of indispensable processes meeting demands world’s shifting fashion industry. Other than this, there a rising trend in sustainability perception among both producers and customers modern world. However, denim considered to have direct impacts on environment because its chemical discharge many other pollutants emitted during process which affect water supplies. In process, industry encounters challenges at every level. Therefore, need for studying sustainable problems associated with washing. The unseen soul technology, as nothing can be transformed without technological advancement. Sustainability conventional been addressed this paper (i.e. pp spray washing, bleaching stone sand blasting etc.). Furthermore, describes how achieved through most recent techniques, such laser, waterjet, nanobubble, ozone, NoStone, potassium permanganate alternatives etc. introduction new technologies has triggered dramatic shift terms usage, electricity chemicals well improved quality.
